I am an Assistant Professor in Public Policy at the Bennett School of Public Policy, University of Cambridge. Prior to this, I was a fellow in Public Policy in the Department of Government at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

 

My research lies at the intersection of public policy and digital governance. I use a wide range of methods, including quantitative text analysis and elite interviews.​ I am currently the recipient of a British Academy/Leverhulme Small Research Grant for my project on the global politics of AI regulation. This work investigates patterns of regulatory diffusion and of variation in AI governance commitments worldwide.

I completed my PhD in the Department of Political Economy at King’s College London, where I was the recipient of the London Interdisciplinary Social Science Doctoral Training Partnership (LISS-DTP) Award. Prior to my PhD, I graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science, followed by an MA in Political Science, at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris).
